Returns
We currently do not offer returns on any products purchased through CYNCACTIVE.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for an exchange:
● The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
● All original tags and packaging must be intact.
● Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the order.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for exchange.
